The Bleep Test is a thermoplastic playground marking of a shuttle run lane, with two solid white end lines, a dashed red line inside each, and three columns of coloured dots in blue, green, yellow, orange, red and purple marking the running points. The marking measures 20m by 8m. Children run back and forth between the lines in time with a bleep to test stamina and fitness.
