Free site survey
It starts with a chat about what you want the space to do. Then we visit to check the surface and its condition, measure up, and make sure our ideas will actually work in your playground. The team that surveys your site is usually the team that installs it.

Bespoke design and a detailed quote
From that visit our in-house design team draws up your playground, showing exactly where each marking will sit. Back with it comes a detailed, itemised quote with no hidden costs, and all of our prices include delivery and installation. Any site-dependent charges, such as an aborted visit or extra cleaning, are set out in our terms.

Installation
Once you are happy with the design and quote we book a date that suits you, usually within a couple of weeks. On the day our own team arrives promptly, preps the surface and lays the hot thermoplastic, working around your school day and following the safest practice throughout.

Aftercare
Thermoplastic cures quickly, so pupils are often playing on the new markings the same day. After that we stay on hand for advice, and we can carry out annual maintenance and safety visits to keep everything bright and in good condition.

Questions about the process
How long does the whole process take?
From your first call to a finished playground is often just a few weeks. The survey and design come first, then once you approve them we can usually book installation within a couple of weeks. Most single-site primary schemes are then laid in a day.
Do you subcontract the installation?
No. We only use our own staff on site, which gives us full control over quality and service and means the people who plan your playground are the ones who mark it out.
Can you work during school holidays or weekends?
Yes. We can schedule installation for a half term, a holiday or a weekend where that suits you, so the playground is ready for pupils when they return.
What happens if we want to change the design?
The design stage is the time to tweak things. We send a visual so you can see how the markings fit, and we adjust it with you until you are happy before anything is booked in.
