Fish 3 is a thermoplastic playground marking of a cartoon fish with a red head, a dark blue body and bright yellow fins and tail, with two large round eyes and a small smile. The marking measures 1m across. It brightens an underwater or sea themed area and gives younger children a character to spot, name and talk about.
