The children identified that many of their peers would spend their breaks doing very little and they wanted the thermoplastic playground markings to ensure children were active for at least the recommended 30 minutes a day during school time.
Uniplay drew up scale visuals for the staff and children to consider, and within a few tweaks the final plans were reached. Within weeks, the school playground markings were installed. The children and staff at Roe Lee are delighted with the finished results and have noted that the playground markings are introducing even the least active children to sport and physical activity at break times.
