The process we implement for each project at UniPlay
Uniplay - Playground Markings / Our Process
We’re not sales people, we’re just passionate about playgrounds. We can’t offer you a polished sales pitch but what we do promise is honesty, a competitive price and a first class playground.
We always go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied and we’re actually quite friendly too.
Initial Enquiry
From the moment you pick up the phone or send us an email, Uniplay aim to give your enquiry the individual attention it deserves. Rather than offer an online quoting system, we prefer the personal approach and understand everyone’s requirement is different. We’d much prefer to talk to you and ensure we provide the right solution.
Survey
Once we have established what you want to achieve, it is often required that we survey your site to check the surfaces and condition and make sure it is suitable to carry out the required work as we always ensure the end result will be of the highest standard. The survey also gives us the opportunity to ensure our proposals will meet your needs and talk through any ideas or requirements that may become apparent. It is probable that the team that conduct your survey will be the same team that carry out your installation.
Design and Quotation
From our discussions and survey our team will produce detailed drawings of your setting including our proposals, along with a fully itemised quotation.
Our ‘in-house’ design team are able to create a playground that is individual to your exact requirements.
Our quotations are fully itemised so that all items are clearly visible and there are no hidden extras. All of our prices include delivery and installation.
Order
Once you are completely happy with our design proposals and quotation, we can proceed to order. At this stage we are able to confirm an installation period of your playground marking that is convenient to you, usually no more than a couple of weeks away.
Installation
Prior to the installation, we will be in touch to make sure you’re all ready and confirm which members of the team will be carrying out the installation. We only use our own staff to give us full control over quality and service.
On the day Uniplay will arrive promptly and will carry out the installation causing you as little disruption as possible. We always follow the safest practices and want all of our customers to be completely happy with their Uniplay experience.
