School Playground Grants

Children spend much of their early lives in school. A lot of this time is spent on the playground building their imaginations, playing, and participating in physical activities such as sports and games. It is therefore important that schools have a play space that can accommodate and inspire these interactions.

PE and Sports Premium Funding

Although there are a range of other grants available, we always recommend for the Primary schools we work with to look into PE and Sports Premium Funding. This is a Government-led fund which supports Primary schools throughout the UK with encouraging physical activity.

The guidelines state that any funds must be spent on resources or facilities which encourage children to play more actively during the school day. Key examples include mile tracks, active traditional playground games and sports courts.

Our thermoplastic playground markings meet these requirements perfectly, offering a range of markings which all ensure children are being more active throughout the school day. We have worked with many schools throughout the UK who have funded their playground markings project via PE and Sports Premium Funding.
