What are bespoke designs?
A bespoke marking is a custom design, your logo, mascot, crest or a themed scene, drawn specifically for your school and laid in thermoplastic. It gives the playground a piece that is unmistakably yours, whether that is a crest at the main entrance, a themed play zone, or a whole scheme built around a topic the children chose. We work from your artwork or draw something new with you, size it to the space, and match your colours, so the finished space reflects your school rather than a catalogue. They are one type of playground markings we design and install.

How do we install bespoke designs?
Survey, design, install and aftercare, and most of it is ours to do.

Survey
We look at the space and talk through your idea, your logo, a theme, a mascot, and where the design will have the most impact.

Design
We work from your artwork or draw something new, size it to the space and match your colours, then send a proof for you to approve.

Install
The design is carefully masked and laid in thermoplastic on site, reproducing the proof, and most bespoke pieces are completed within a day.
- 04
Aftercare
Ready to use once cool. We can add matching pieces or extend the theme on a later visit.
What do bespoke designs cost?
Individual designs in our bespoke range cost from around £7 for a single stepping stone up to about £595 for a detailed themed design, fitted, while logos, school crests and one-off designs are priced to order by their size, detail and number of colours. We draw the design, size it to your playground and send a free design and a detailed quote, with no hidden costs and our price match promise, with no charge for the design itself.

Bespoke designs: your questions answered
Can you reproduce our school logo on the playground?
Yes. We work from your logo artwork, or redraw it cleanly if we only have a small image, then size it to the space and match your colours. You approve a proof before we install, so what goes down is a faithful version of your emblem.
Do you charge for the bespoke design?
No. There is no charge for the design, and you approve a full-colour design before anything is made. Payment terms are set out in our terms and conditions. We would rather get the artwork right with you first, because a bespoke piece is on the playground for years.
What can be made bespoke?
Logos, crests, mascots, themed scenes and one-off games and layouts. If you have an idea that nothing off the shelf quite matches, we can usually draw it, size it to your grounds and lay it. Tell us the theme or send the artwork and we will take it from there.
